Fortnightly Peer Support Group, facilitated by and for Trans People.
Note: This is not a counselling or therapy group. There are no qualified mental health practitioners involved. It is for Trans people to listen to and support each other.
Never been to a Peer Support Group before? No worries! Support groups are where people with similar experiences can connect and support each other — in this case, Trans people. No medical professionals are present, only your peers, which means no one is more of an expert on mental health or the Trans experience than anyone else. We help each other by sharing or listening to the rest of the group.

Many of you will know that there is a lot of intersectionality between the Trans community and the AuDHD community. Many of you may not know that Autism and ADHD can affect Trans people in a significantly different way. Our Chief Executive, ER (they/them) also is an AuDHD Coach, and is going to give a talk on AuDHD science, including hormones, pregnancy, and other specific trans impacts. We will then have a relaxed discussion and social afterwards.
